Your license to use these images depends on the type of session:

• Personal Sessions (Families, Couples, Portraits):
  Images are for personal use only. You may print, share with family/friends, and post on personal social media (with credit appreciated).

• Airbnb / Real Estate / Short-Term Rental Clients:
  You may use these images to market the specific property photographed on Airbnb, rental platforms, your website, and social media. The license is valid only while you manage or own the property. Use by third parties (agents, new owners) is not permitted without permission.

• Commercial Clients (Builders, Brands, Businesses):
  You may use these images for your business marketing, including website, social media, digital/print ads, and internal promotions. Third-party use (e.g., by subcontractors, suppliers) is not allowed unless a separate license is obtained.

• Resale or redistribution of images
